Cookie Policy — Evovo

Last updated: 17 April 2026 Effective date: 17 April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Evovo Limited ("Evovo", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (together, "cookies") on the Evovo website at [evovo.app] and other web properties we operate (the "Website"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Note on the mobile app. The Evovo iOS and Android apps do not use browser cookies. They use platform-native SDK identifiers (e.g. OneSignal push tokens, PostHog anonymous IDs, crash-reporting IDs). Those identifiers are described in the Privacy Policy rather than in this Cookie Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website places on your browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and SDKs. Cookies can be:

  • First-party — set by the domain you are visiting (evovo.app).
  • Third-party — set by another domain whose content is loaded on the page (e.g. an analytics provider).
  • Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies — remain until they expire or you delete them.

2. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • keep the Website secure and functional;
  • remember your preferences (such as language);
  • authenticate you when you sign in;
  • understand, in aggregate, how the Website is used, so we can improve it;
  • detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and errors.

We do not use cookies to build cross-site advertising profiles, and we do not allow third parties to use cookies on our Website for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not target advertising at children.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

| Category | Purpose | Examples | Typical Duration | |---|---|---|---| | Strictly Necessary | Required to deliver the Website, authenticate you, maintain your session, balance load, and enforce security. Cannot be switched off. | Auth session cookie, CSRF token, load-balancer cookie, consent-state cookie | Session — up to 12 months | | Functionality | Remember choices you make to personalise your experience. | Language / locale preference, UI theme | Up to 12 months | | Performance & Analytics | Collect aggregated, de-identified information about how visitors use the Website so we can improve it. | PostHog anonymous analytics, error/diagnostic beacons | Up to 13 months | | Security | Detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abusive traffic, and attacks. | Rate-limiting, bot-detection cookies | Session — up to 12 months |

Where required by law (including in the EEA and the UK), we load non-essential cookies (Functionality, Performance & Analytics) only after you have given consent through our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time (see §5).

4. Third-Party Services That May Set Cookies

The Website may load scripts or content from the following providers, which may set their own cookies or use similar technologies. Please review their privacy notices for full details.

| Provider | Purpose | Reference | |---|---|---| | Supabase | Authentication, session management (strictly necessary) | https://supabase.com/privacy | | PostHog | De-identified product analytics | https://posthog.com/privacy | | Sentry | Error and crash diagnostics | https://sentry.io/privacy/ | | Cloudflare (or similar CDN) | Network security, bot protection, performance | https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ | | Apple / Google (Sign in with Apple / Google) | Authentication when you choose those SSO options | Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ · Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy |

We may add, remove, or replace providers. When we do, we will update this policy and — where required by law — seek your updated consent.

5. How to Manage Cookies

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • Cookie banner. The first time you visit the Website (and whenever we make material changes), our banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can reopen the banner or change your preferences at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
  • Browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. See the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
  • Device controls. Some operating systems let you reset advertising identifiers or limit ad tracking at the OS level.
  • Do Not Track. Our Website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no common industry standard for how to interpret them. We honour opt-outs expressed through the cookie banner and applicable Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

If you disable strictly-necessary cookies, parts of the Website (including sign-in) may not function.

6. Children

The Website is directed at parents and legal guardians, not at children. We do not knowingly use cookies to collect personal information from children under the applicable age of digital consent. Parents who believe a child has interacted with the Website may contact hello@evovo.ai so we can delete any associated data.

7. International Users

We operate globally. Cookies may result in the transfer of limited personal information (such as IP address) to countries outside your own, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Hong Kong. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for those transfers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision. For material changes we will give you prior notice by a banner on the Website or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where additional consent is required by law.

9. Contact
